Racine Home Insulators was started in 2005 by Matt Kranich and Rob Chumbley. Both Matt and Rob are lifelong residents of Racine. In April 2009 we formed a Limited Liability Corporation by the same name, Racine Home Insulators, LLC.
RHI has since evolved into the premier home performance and insulation company in both Racine and Kenosha counties. We have proudly insulated over 1,500 homes in southeast Wisconsin, the greater Milwaukee area, and northern Illinois. Having worked with a variety of related contractors and construction companies, our referral base and number of satisfied customers continues to grow.
RHI began removing hazardous vermiculite insulation from attics in 2010 and today is Wisconsin’s leader in the removal of vermiculite attic insulation. Vermiculite insulation often contains dangerous levels of friable asbestos. With over $200,000 invested in our proprietary vermiculite removal rigs, we are now able to service homeowners with vermiculite insulation both quickly and at an industry-low cost.
