Our Three-Step Process

Step 1: Certified Removal & Abatement – We don’t just “shovel out” insulation into bags and bring it down the ceiling access and carry through your house. We specialize in the safe, contained removal of vermiculite, ensuring no hazardous fibers enter your living space. In this case we entered through the garage gable wall and straight into the attic. The owner’s were home while we completed the work.
Step 2: Precision Air Sealing – Once the attic is empty, we seal every “bypass”—the hidden gaps around wires, plumbing vent pipes, chimneys, B-vents, recessed can lights, and top plates—to stop conditioned air from escaping your home.
Step 3: High-Performance Re-insulation – We finish by blowing in premium insulation to the recommended R-value, usually R50, ensuring your home stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
